The inaugural NESSBE (Northeast Summit for a Sustainable Built Environment) will take place in New Haven, CT on April 28-29, 2017 and will start the conversation that reveals the inextricable connection of sustainable design and improving and supporting human health and wellbeing. There will be a series of keynote speakers that will focus on health and happiness, biophilia, biomimicry, energy and water conservation, materials, and resilience—all topics that are important Pirie's core mission.
