Project Details

The primary design consideration for the administrative suite was to provide for future flexibility.  All of the interior walls were built using a pre-manufactured partition system that can be disassembled and reassembled to reconfigure the space as needed.  The exterior perimeter of the space was lined with glass-walled offices and conference rooms to allow daylight and views to be shared throughout the space.  This design solution was cost-effective, time-effective, and flexible; a triple-win for the client.  Efficient space planning allowed the client to house an additional department in the leased area beyond what they had originally planned.
