Laura Pirie and Melissa Kops will be traveling to Denver, CO to celebrate the opening of Dos Luces, a new brewery concept that serves beer modeled after ancient Mexican and Peruvian beverages. Dos Luces is hosting a friends and family event that will gather together the collaborators who have helped bring the project into being. This includes the brewing team, design and construction team, the graphic designer, and even the muralist who created the paintings that help tell the history behind the brews. We’re so excited that we’ll get to be there to officially open the doors to this innovative brewery and bar!
