Pirie Associates recently transformed a single story retail space located in the historic South Broadway neighborhood into a thriving community brewery.
The dream to open a taproom that produces ancient non-barley beers has been brewing since before co-founder Judd Belstock was born. Connected to Pirie Associates by his college friend and architect Melissa Kops, Belstock commissioned the New Haven-based architecture firm to transform a 3,000 square-foot former antique store in Denver’s historic South Broadway neighborhood into a welcoming, contemporary brewery called Dos Luces.
