Laura and Melissa attended a Connecticut Sustainable Business Council event on Building a Culture of Sustainable Well-Being. Presenters from Cigna, Health Care Without Harm, Clean Water Action, Seventh Generation, and the American Sustainable Business Council described the direct connection between environmental health and human health. Some good take-aways were that increasing energy efficiency is one of the most important actions for improving human health, and health and equity are great levers for inspiring action on climate change.
